To participate, you must be a Business Partner in good standing in either IBM Channel Value Rewards – Software Sales and Software Sales Assist or IBM Channel Value Rewards – Solutions (Value Advantage Plus) and be authorized in IBM Channel Value Rewards.
For Business Partners that are currently authorized in IBM Channel Value Rewards, no action is required. The terms of the incentive are covered in the IBM Business Partner Agreement.
A Business Partner must have received an incentive payment on the original license sale under one of IBM's value added sales offerings (for example, IBM Software Value Incentive, IBM Value Advantage Plus or IBM Value Advantage Plus Government), and the original license must have a sales order date of 1 Jan 2008 or later. The incentive payment can be applied up to a maximum quantity of licenses sold with value.
To renew the IBM Software Subscription and Support related to that new license in a timely manner. The order must be submitted before the renewal date.
To be able to provide the invoice from the Business Partner to the End user for the renewals.
