This award recognizes an innovative IBM Business Partner who has proven success with a differentiated industry or vertical solution which extends the core value of IBM Services' capabilities for clients. The winner of this award must demonstrate they have teamed with IBM Global Technology Services and delivered exceptional client success with one or more of the following IBM Service Lines: Resiliency Services, Mobility Services, Systems Services and/or Networking Services.

Outstanding Technical Support Services Solution

This award recognizes innovative IBM Business Partner-led solutions which capture and extend the quality and excellence of IBM Technical Support Services (TSS) across the diverse portfolio of IBM TSS offerings, including upgraded hardware support coverage, advanced services, and multi-vendor support. Candidates for this award should demonstrate how their firm has used IBM TSS services within innovative solutions to deliver new or increased benefits to clients.

The winning Business Partner will be recognized for their best of breed technology leadership, high-level technical and solution selling skills, quality business processes and consistently high client satisfaction. Special consideration will be given to those solutions demonstrating how clients are able to significantly reduce their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and manage complexity while reducing risk with IBM Technical Support Services, particularly in multi-vendor support environments.
