The "Employee" page contains information about an individual employee at a location. In the employee summary table on this page you will be able to view the employee's name, country of residence, e-mail, status and profile access within the PartnerWorld Profiling System.
The employee information is especially important as it defines how and whether employees are able to access their own profiles or the company's profile in the future. It may also determine the employee's ability to view entitled content on the PartnerWorld Web site. Any unique address, phone, fax or e-mail can be specified for the employee.
The employee information also shows the individual's candidate ID as applicable to those individuals that have IBM certifications. The candidate ID will cause the employee's certifications to be brought into the profile and will generate points for the company towards attaining a PartnerWorld level.
A query against the Professional Certification table is run against all candidate IDs entered into PPS in order to authenticate the candidate ID’s credentials. If the candidate ID is invalid, it is not entered into the system.

In the center pane, click the Select radio button for the employee you would like to work with.
The Action menu enables you to view or update the following information for the selected employee:
To make a selection on the Action menu, click the Actions field arrow, click your selection, and click the forward arrow.
