This award recognizes an innovative IBM Business Partner who has proven success with a differentiated industry or vertical solution that extends the core value of IBM Services' capabilities for clients. The winner must demonstrate they have teamed with IBM Global Technology Services and delivered exceptional client success by using an offering from one or more of the following IBM Services areas: Resiliency Services, Mobility Services, Systems Services and/or Networking Services. The winner of this award must have included IBM Services into their client solution.

What we look for in the winning solution:

  • Must contain at least one offering from the Global Technology Services Infrastructure Services' portfolio - Resiliency Services, Mobility Services, Systems Services and/or Networking Services.
  • Drives tangible business value to the client and to IBM's and the Business Partner's revenue growth within Services.

Additional criteria

  • Minimum of 1 (maximum of 3) client references required.
  • Special consideration will be given to solutions that demonstrate a high degree of cross IBM integration.

Outstanding Technology Support Services Solution

This award recognizes the most innovative IBM Business Partner whose solution captures and extends the quality and excellence of IBM Technology Support Services (TSS) across the diverse portfolio of IBM TSS offerings, such as the new TSS Tiered Offering bundles and pre-priced (IMS) multi-vendor maintenance services in addition to our traditional hardware, software and advanced services. Candidates for this award should demonstrate how their firm has used the broad range of IBM TSS services with innovative solutions to deliver new or increased benefits to clients.

The winning Business Partner will be recognized for their best of breed technology leadership, high-level of technical and solution selling skills, quality business processes and consistently high client satisfaction. Special consideration will be given to those solutions demonstrating how clients are able to significantly reduce their Total Cost of Ownership and manage complexity while reducing risk with IBM TSS, particularly in multi-vendor support environments.
